The Art of Anatomy
George Marshall Medical Museum holds a collection of anatomical volumes with illustrated plates
studied by surgeons and medical staff at the
former Worcester Infirmary (1771-2002). The volumes, dating between 1774-1896, have been brought back to life by the conservation efforts of Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service and The Arts Society Worcester. Click through to learn more about the anatomists and artists behind them.
